Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking.
Important Booking Policy: If another third-party photography or videography team is hired for the contracted rituals, the contract will be cancelled immediately to preserve our signature cinematic standard and prevent interference.
Sessions typically span 5 to 6 continuous hours per event. Travel, stay, and local logistics for outstation and destination weddings are arranged and borne by the client.
Full balance payment is due on the primary wedding day. Output delivery timelines depend strictly on timely settlement of all dues. Original raw footage can be collected via a client-provided hard drive within 30 days. Projects kept on hold for over 6 months carry an archival recovery fee of ₹29,999.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
1.1 Ownership: All photographs, visual media, creative direction, cinematic video edits, and master RAW negatives created by Naresh Photography remain the exclusive intellectual property of the studio protected by Indian and International Copyright Laws.
1.2 Client Personal License: Clients are granted an exclusive, perpetual, non-commercial license to reproduce, print, frame, and publish the delivered photographs for private family use, wedding invitations, and personal social media profiles.
1.3 Portfolio & Showcase Rights: The studio reserves the artistic right to display selected wedding photographs, reels, and highlight films across our website portfolio, digital marketing, and photography exhibitions. If you require complete privacy or a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please request this explicitly prior to booking.
Pricing & Quotation Validity
2.1 Quotation Validity: All formal quotations and automated cost estimates generated through our platform or studio representatives are strictly valid for 14 calendar days from issuance.
2.2 Price Lock Guarantee: Once the formal booking advance deposit is received and confirmed, your agreed package rates, crew allocations, and deliverables are 100% price-locked against any future seasonal tariff hikes.
2.3 Overtime & Additional Sessions: Event coverage that exceeds the contracted session duration (5–6 hours) by more than 45 minutes will be billed at standard counter overtime rates to support crew endurance.
Payment Milestones
3.1 Payment Modes: We accept Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and major cards. Cash receipts are issued instantly with official studio reference numbers.
3.2 Handover Condition: Final high-resolution master galleries, uncompressed videos, and print lab orders are dispatched strictly after 100% dues clearance.
Cancellation & Postponement
4.1 Advance Non-Refundable: Due to high demand and refusing competing wedding inquiries for reserved dates, all advance booking payments are strictly non-refundable upon cancellation.
4.2 Date Postponement: If a wedding is postponed, your advance deposit can be transferred to a new date within 6 months of the original date, subject to studio team availability. If the new date is already booked by another client, cancellation terms apply.
4.3 Force Majeure: In the unforeseen event of severe natural disasters, curfew, or government travel restrictions, both parties will cooperate in good faith to reschedule coverage without cancellation penalties.
Delivery Timelines & Archival
- Sneak Peek Teasers: 25 to 40 curated, signature-edited highlight photographs delivered within 48 to 72 hours.
- Full Digital Gallery: Complete color-graded candid and traditional photographs delivered within 3 to 4 weeks.
- Cinematic Wedding Film & Teaser: Delivered within 6 to 8 weeks.
- Luxury Heirloom Album: Printed, bound, and shipped within 4 to 6 weeks following your final photo selection approval.
- Original Raw Data: Clients can collect complete uncompressed raw footage within 30 days of the event by providing a USB 3.0 / SSD Hard Drive (minimum 1TB–2TB).
- Archival Notice: Projects unreviewed or inactive for longer than 6 months will be moved to cold storage. Archival re-copying and retrieval is available at a flat fee of ₹29,999.
House Rules, Conduct & Logistics
6.1 Exclusive Coverage: Naresh Photography must be the sole professional photography/videography vendor present. Additional independent operators or camera crews hire without prior consent compromise artistic quality and void contract obligations.
6.2 Outstation Travel & Stay: For destination shoots outside Hyderabad/Vijayawada, round-trip transport/flights and clean, secure private accommodation must be arranged by the client.
6.3 Crew Meals & Well-being: Our crew works intensely to preserve your sacred memories. Clean drinking water, timely meals, and brief rest periods during multi-hour ceremonies ensure optimum focus and energy.
6.4 Ceremony Cooperation: Capturing beautiful candid moments requires mutual cooperation. Please designate a family coordinator to assist with family portrait group arrangements on stage.
